Process technical description
 
The raw garbage enters the factory and is weighed and counted by the truck scale and then unloaded onto the loading and unloading platform, and then sent to the slat conveyor by the loader. A distribution machine is arranged in front of the slat conveyor, and the distribution machine has the function of uniform distribution, which creates good preconditions for the subsequent sorting stations. Then the garbage directly enters the bag breaking machine, and the bag breaking machine can tear the bagged garbage in the garbage for subsequent processing.
The garbage after the bag is broken is sent to the trommel screening machine by the feeding belt conveyor. The sieve plate of the trommel screening machine is initially determined to have a 50mm aperture, which can divide the garbage into materials smaller than 50mm (mostly organic matter) and materials larger than 50mm (plastics, stones, fabrics, rubber shoes, etc.). The undersize less than 50mm is subjected to magnetic separation to select the iron items in the screen, and the iron under the screen is sorted out. The conveyor is equipped with a magnetic separation drum. The sieve material larger than 50mm can be selected by magnetic separation (mainly iron beverage cans and iron packaging cans). The air separator is used for air selection. The comprehensive air separator can select the light materials in the sieve, and the heavy substances (bricks, tiles, tiles, glass pieces, etc.) in the sieve. The substance is a mixture (mainly containing hard plastics, textiles, rubber shoes, rubber products, wet paper products, aluminum-plastic composite bags, etc.).
 
Lightweight materials are sent to the baler by the belt conveyor for packing and outsourcing. Heavy materials are directly crushed to make bricks. Most of the residues are combustibles, which can be used for gasification and cracking to generate electricity.
