Construction waste sorting process

Construction waste is not transported out, and decoration waste is not disturbed. The process is as follows:
1. Initial screening: After the decoration and construction waste is manually sorted, it is transported to the vibrating feeder through the loader, and the material smaller than the screen gap is transported to the magnetic separator through the belt conveyor for screening and sorting of iron materials. The diameter of the material is directly crushed through the feed port of the conveyor belt crusher;
2. Primary crushing: The materials larger than the screen size are sent to the crusher, and after multi-level crushing, the iron is removed by the magnetic separator, and the separated magnetic metals such as steel bars are sent to the outside of the equipment through the belt conveyor, waiting for recycling;
3. Primary sorting: The aggregates after iron removal by the iron remover and the aggregates conveyed by the primary screening are mixed in the wind separation equipment, and the light substances such as plastics, paper and sawdust are separated by the wind effect of the wind separation machine. Construction waste aggregate can be recycled, and light-material waste can be packaged and processed.
4. Closed-circuit circulation: The construction and decoration waste has completed a complete set of technological processes such as crushing, screening, and impurity removal in the above equipment. Larger materials can be processed again through the return belt, resulting in a closed-circuit cycle and improving the crushing and screening efficiency;
5. Harmless production: The production site is equipped with fog guns, sprinklers and other noise reduction and dust removal equipment to minimize dust and secondary pollution in the process of construction and decoration waste disposal, avoid adverse effects on the surrounding environment, and achieve harmless and environmentally friendly production
