What equipment does the whole set of garbage treatment production line consist of?

The whole set of garbage treatment production line is composed of feeders, conveyors, drum screens, bar screens, roller screens, iron removers, air separators, crushers, balers and other equipment to achieve the burial of humus soil, compression and transportation of light combustibles for incineration, and screening and crushing of inorganic aggregates for construction raw materials.

In order to better recycle the recyclable resources in the garbage, it is first necessary to better screen and sort the organic matter, combustible matter, scrap metal and plastic products in the garbage.
1. After entering the garbage treatment plant, the garbage is first unloaded on the loading and unloading platform, and then transported to the plate feeder by the loader. The garbage is transported to the manual sorting platform by the belt conveyor, where the sorting workers sort out the large garbage and hazardous waste garbage.
2. After the garbage is processed by the manual sorting platform, it is sent to the bag breaking machine, which can tear the bagged garbage in the garbage for subsequent processing.
3. After the bag is broken, the garbage is sent to the drum screening machine by the belt conveyor for processing to screen out organic matter, and the organic matter is screened out of iron by the hanging magnetic separator equipment.
4. The iron on the drum screen can be selected by the magnetic separation equipment, and then sent to the comprehensive air separator for air separation. The comprehensive air separator can sort out heavy chemical substances such as bricks and stones, rubber products, plastics, plastic film paper and other combustible substances.
5. According to customer requirements, with appropriate manual sorting, flotation, water cleaning, color sorting and eddy current sorting, various substances in the garbage can be separated.
