Now let us explain the Process flow of automatic waste sorting ilne:
1. When the garbage enters the factory, the garbage is first unloaded on the loading and unloading platform, transported by the loader to the slat conveyor, and then conveyed to the manual selection platform by the belt conveyor. Here, sorting workers pick up bulky and hazardous waste from the rubbish.
2. The manually selected garbage enters the bag breaking machine, and the broken bag can tear open the bagged garbage in the garbage, which is convenient for subsequent processing.
3. The belt conveyor sends the broken bag garbage into the drum screen to select the organic matter, and the organic matter is selected for iron by the suspended magnetic separator.
4. The objects on the drum screen can be selected by magnetic separation to select iron in the objects on the screen, and then sent to the comprehensive air selector for air selection treatment. The comprehensive air selector can be divided into bricks, stones, rubber, plastics , film and other combustibles, etc.
5. Cooperate with appropriate manual sorting, flotation, water washing, color sorting and eddy current sorting, etc., sorting, water washing, color sorting and eddy current sorting.
