Domestic waste sorting system

After the garbage is treated by such processes as large garbage automatic sorting system, large garbage crushing system, bagged garbage automatic bag breaking system, large organic matter automatic crushing system, fully enclosed mechanized air separation system, plastic water separation system, organic matter high temperature and high pressure hydrolysis system, the urban domestic garbage can be sorted into:
1. combustible waste
2. sandy soil,
3. organic substances such as perishable garbage, such as vegetable leaves, melon and fruit peel, leftovers, etc
4. non recyclable combustibles (hard plastics, rubber, etc. can also be separated if simple manual sorting is supplemented)
5. film plastic,
6. recyclable waste
The separation purity of the above wastes can reach more than 95%, and the separation purity of film plastics can reach more than 95%, which has laid a solid foundation for the "recycling and industrialization" of waste treatment in the next process.
 
The garbage screening machine can separate all the large pieces of garbage (the particle size is greater than 400mm, and the sorting rate is 99%), separate more than 95% of sandy garbage (the particle size is less than 30mm, and the aperture can be adjusted according to the garbage composition), and separate 25-30% of organic matter (less than 30mm). It can also break all the large bagged garbage bags in the garbage, and realize uniform feeding.
