Organic matter, landfill leachate (or vegetable waste, medical waste, livestock and poultry manure, sick corpse, food industry, traditional Chinese medicine industry, agricultural waste, sewage treatment plant sludge) selected for the pretreatment system, pressure 1.25Mpa, temperature 193 Under these conditions, the reaction is carried out for 2 hours, and pests and bacteria (no peculiar smell, no flies and mosquitoes) are eliminated. The macromolecular chains in the organic matter are cut into small molecular chains that are easily absorbed by crops, accelerating the conversion of sugars and corrosive acids (improving the total nutrient content of organic fertilizers), and converting the water in landfill leachate into saturated steam. After the organic waste (about 15% of other debris) is treated by the "hydrolysis" process, during the hydrolysis and explosion process, it expands into a brown powder due to the release pressure, and the volume of other debris does not change. After drying and sieving, The organic powder is completely separated from other impurities, also known as "hot sorting".
 
3. Heat energy utilization system of combustible thermal energy gasification.
 
The combustible materials with high calorific value such as bamboo and wood products and broken clothes selected by the comprehensive sorting machine have the characteristics of non-recyclable but high calorific value. These wastes enter the pyrolysis gasifier, and the generated combustible gas enters the secondary combustion chamber for clean combustion, eliminating the production of dioxins. The heat energy generated by the pyrolysis gasifier is supplied to the waste heat boiler, the superheated steam generated by the waste heat boiler is supplied to the hydrolysis fertilizer workshop of our factory, and the excess heat energy after the desulfurization and deacidification tower and bag dust removal is supplied to the rotary kiln to dry the organic fertilizer, and the waste gas passes through the cyclone. Dust removal and water curtain cleaning meet the emission standards.
 
 
4. Inorganic substances sorted by the comprehensive sorting machine of the inorganic building materials system.
 
Slag from incinerators is used to produce cured perforated bricks and concrete blocks. Since the slag is a product formed at high temperature, on the one hand, it has a certain strength, which is equivalent to No. 110 of the finished cement, and on the other hand, it has no pollution after high temperature treatment.
